What is your Cancellation Policy?

When booking your appointment please keep in mind Daydream Holistic requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for all rescheduling and cancellations. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, there will be a 50% fee charged to the card on file - this includes any services missed due to tardiness, or services dropped at time of appointment.

Can I still receive a Brazilian or Bikini Sugaring service while on my period?

Yes! All that is required is that a client have a tampon or menstrual cup placed prior to their appointment. If you are not comfortable with receiving your service during your period and suspect they may overlap, it’s recommended that you reschedule your appointment to a date that suits your comfort levels. Please keep in mind rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less that 48 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Do you offer Mutual Aid?

As part of an ongoing commitment to acknowledge and serve those impacted by systemic inequity I offer a limited number of free facials per month for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and AAPI members of the community, as well as undocumented folx, those living with disabilities, or folx experiencing financial hardship.
